YOUTH: • Youth Flag Football League - Held at Miller-Sibley Park; registration deadline is September 4; for youth in grades Kindergarten through third. Season runs from September 9 through October 2; games on Monday and Wednesday evenings; participants receive a team shirt.

• Youth Fall Soccer - Registration open for youth ages 3-8.

• Youth Tackle Football - Registration is still available for youth in grades fourth through sixth; contact Corbin.

• Open Swim: MON & WED, 11 AM -8 PM and FRI 1-7:30 PM. $3 daily for youth or $16 a month for a youth membership.

• Open Gym: MON & WED, 2-9 PM; and FRI, 2:30-8 PM. $3 daily for youth or $16 a month for a youth membership.

• Miller-Sibley Pool - Daily passes and Summer passes are now half price.

• Boot Camp: Mondays @ 6:30 PM; Participants move through a circuit of cardio and strength stations.

• Piloga: Mondays @ 9:40 AM; combination of Pilates and Yoga with a little Tai Chi included.

• Warm Water Exercise: MON, WED and FRI @ 2:30 PM or 5:30 PM; in the therapy pool.

• Zumba: Tuesdays @ 6:30 PM; Latin & Hip Hop music, designed for hips & abdominal toning, while dancing

• Theraball: TUE & WED @ 9:30 AM. Focuses on core and strength.

• SilverSneakers Splash: TUE and THU @ 1:30 PM; in the big pool; no swimming ability needed.

• Beginner Pound Fit: Thursdays @ 6:40 PM. Cardio-jam drumming session uses lightly weighted RipStix; focus on technique, coordination and conditioning.

• Pump It Up: Thursdays @ 6:40 PM. Cardio-jam drumming session uses lightly weighted RipStix; focus on technique, coordination and conditioning.

• Summer Saturdays: The 2nd Saturday of the month is POUND Fit and the 4th Saturday is RIPPED. RIPPED is also held Fridays at 9:40 AM. Pound Fit is also held on Mondays at 5:15 PM.

• Summer Stroke Clinics: Open to any swimmer between the ages of 5-18. Breast Stroke in August.

• MBA: Moving Beyond Ability is an exercise program geared to counter deterioration of functional abilities in individuals with movement disorders; work one-on-one with a Certified Health Fitness Specialist at individual's convenience.

• Diabetes Prevention Program: 25 sessions over the course of a year; call to register.

• Multi - Level Yoga - New session starts September 3; call the Y for details.

• Miller-Sibley Pool: Free swim lessons; free adult exercise classes, call the Y for further information.
