Slimpossible - Weight loss program starts Nov 13th and runs until Jan 15. 8 classes.

Diabetes Prevention Program - Led by a trained Lifestyle Coach. Educational session and group participation offer motivation and support. Call Shelby to enroll 724-458-9781.

Freedom From Smoking - 8 session program run by an American Lung Association trained facilitator. Call Shelby to enroll 724-458-9781.

MBA - Moving Beyond Ability - This program is for those with a movement disorder such as Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis. Work with a Fitness Specialist to delay deterioration of mobility and functional abilities.

Personal Training - Individual assessments and customized fitness programs. Packages are available.

WAVE Remix - Higher intensity water workout in the big pool. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings 8:30 AM. Free for members.

SilverSneakers Splash - A water exercise class for adults. This low impact, stretching and muscle toning exercise class meets in the big pool. Tuesday and Thursday at 1:30. No swimming experience necessary. Free for members.

Private swim lessons - available for children and adults. Learn to swim and/or improve your skills at a time set for your convenience.

Fitness Fusion - A fusion of workout programs that include cardio, strength and core. Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 AM, and Thursday at 5:30 PM. Free for members.

VersaFit - High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) with personal trainer Andrew. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 AM. Free for members.

Boot Camp - Work at your own pace. For all fitness levels. Mondays at 6:30 PM. Free for members.

Water in Motion - Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM. Cross training, cardio, and muscular training class held in the big pool.
