Mike Adamczyk, Vice President of Global Engineering; E. William Gabrys, Franklin City Manager; Ted Doheny, President of Joy Global; Ronnie Beith, Executive Director of the Venango Center for Creative Development.

The City of Franklin, through the Venango Center for Creative Development (VCCD), was presented a check for $10,000 from Ted Doheny, President of Joy Global, and Mike Adamczyk, Vice President of Global Engineering.  Joy Mining Machinery, a major industrial employer in Franklin for over 80 years, wanted to share in the City's continuing efforts to make Franklin a wonderful place to live, work and visit through unique downtown festivals and cultural offerings that are sponsored by the City, the Franklin Fine Arts Council and the VCCD.  These events are recognized by Joy Global as factors that have improved and continue to improve the quality of life in Franklin and throughout the region.
